
Santa Fe Salad
2 Cups Cooked rice
1 Can (15 Oz.) Black Beans, rinsed and drained
1 Can (11 Oz.) Mexican-style corn, drained
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 Tbsp. Watkins Jalapeno Snack & Dip Seasoning
2 teas. Watkins Chili Powder
1 teas. Watkins Cilantro
1 teas. Watkins Liquid Onion Spice
1 teas. Watkins Liquid Garlic Spice
Combine the rice, beans, corn and onion in a medium bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients; pour over rice mixture and toss
gently. Cover and chill at least 1/2 hour. Stir before serving. If desired, chopped red or
green bell peppers may be added for extra color. Makes 4 servings.
