
Seafood Bisque
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Watkins Cream
Soup Base
1/4 Cup / 60 mL All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup / 250 mL Milk
1-1/2 Cups / 375 mL Water
2 teas. / 10 mL Watkins
Crab Snack & Dip Seasoning
2 teas. / 10 mL Watkins
Parsley
1 or 2 teas. / 5 to 10 mL Watkins
Garlic Granules
To taste, Watkins
Black Pepper
1 Can (4.25 oz. / 120 g) Small or Medium Broken Shrimp or Clams, rinsed and drained
Combine Cream Soup Base, flour and milk in medium
saucepan; mix well. Stir in water and next four ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium
heat, stirring constantly. Add shrimp and heat through. Makes 4 servings.
