
Spicy Carrots & Jícama
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
2 teas. / 10 mL Watkins Citrus Cilantro Grapeseed Oil
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Chili Powder
1/2 teas. / 2.5 mL Watkins Garlic Granules
1/8 to 1/4 teas. / 0.6 mL to 1.2 mL Watkins Cayenne Pepper
Salt, to taste
4 Medium Carrots (8 oz. / 227 g),cut into thin strips
8 oz. / 227 g Jícama, cut into thin strips
Combine first six ingredients; pour over vegetables,
toss, and let marinate at least 2 hours; drain before serving. Makes 4 servings. Makes 2
Cups / 500 mL - 1/2 Cup / 125 mL per serving.
