Spinach-Cheese Squares

2 Eggs
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Butter, melted
12 oz. (3 Cups) Monterey Jack Cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 (10 oz.) package Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed, and well drained
1 teas. Watkins Baking Powder
1 teas. Salt
1 teas. Watkins Chili Powder

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13 x 9 inch baking pan with Watkins Cooking Spray. Set aside. Beat eggs in medium bowl until well mixed. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into small squares, serve as appetizers
