
Spicy Garlic Chicken Pizza
12 oz. Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
1/2 Cup Sliced Green Onion
1/2 teas. Watkins Liquid Garlic Spice
2 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Watkins Spicy Garlic Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Watkins Garlic & Parsley Grapeseed Oil
1/2 teas. Watkins Crushed Red Pepper or 1/4 teas.
Watkins Cayenne Pepper
1/4 teas. Watkins Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Watkins Garlic & Parsley Grapeseed Oil
1 Pre-Baked Watkins Deep Dish Pizza Crust
1/2 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Rinse chicken; pat dry with paper towels. Cut chicken
into 1/2-inch pieces. In a large bowl combine half of the green onion, the garlic, rice or
white wine vinegar, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil, crushed or ground red pepper,
and black pepper. Add the chicken pieces; stir to coat. Let stand 30 minutes at room
temperature. Heat remaining oil in a large skillet; add chicken pieces. Cook and stir
about 3 minutes or till no longer pink. Stir reserved marinade into skillet and cook until
bubbly. Spoon over prepared pizza crust. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack and mozzarella
cheeses. Bake uncovered in a 400*F over for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
You can also add pineapple pieces (16 oz. Can drained)
and Fresh Broccoli. Another variation is with Canadian Bacon and Pineapple
Pieces.
