
Shrimp Jambalaya
1 Lb. Raw Peeled Shrimp
1 1/2 taes. Flour
1 1/2 teas. Butter or Margarine
1/4 teas. Watkins Cajun Pepper Blend
1/2 teas. Worchestershire Sauce
1 Small Watkins Bay Leaf
1/2 teas. Watkins Garlic Flakes
1/4 teas. Watkins Liquid Garlic Spice
1 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Green Onion Tops
1 Tbsp. Watkins Parsley
1 Cup Cooked rice
1 Small Finely Chopped Onion
Melt butter, add flour and brown until dark golden brown.
Add onions and celery. Cook until tender. Add raw shrimp and seasonings and stir well.
Cook 20 minutes. If too dry, add a little water. Add rice and stir gently until rice is
coated. Add parsley and onion tops. Heat well and enjoy!
