Shrimp Party Spread

Spread cream cheese on plate. Layer with Cocktail Sauce made with Watkins Tomato Horseradish Dip Mix. (Follow the dip recipe on the bottle except substitute ketsup instead of sour cream - adjust spice to taste) Top with tiny shrimp. Serve with crackers.
