
Sirloin Steak with Spicy Herb Marinade
1-1/2 lbs. / 675 g Sirloin Tip Steak, all fat removed
1-1/2 teas. / 7.5 ml Watkins Garlic Liquid Spice
1 teas./ 5 ml Watkins Mediterranean Herb Rub
1/2 teas. / 2.5 ml Watkins Black Pepper
1/4 Cup / 60 ml Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
1 Tbsp. / 15 ml Watkins Steak Sauce
1 Tbsp. / 15 ml Watkins Original Barbecue Sauce
1/2 teas. / 2.5 ml Watkins Inferno Hot Pepper Sauce
1/2 teas. / 2.5 ml Watkins Dry Mustard
Combine Liquid Spice, herb rub and black pepper to make a
paste. Rub paste over entire surface of steak. Combine remaining ingredients in non-metal
dish or container. Add steak to marinade and turn to coat both sides. Cover dish and
refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning steak at least once.
Coat grill with Watkins Cooking Spray. Sear steak for one
minute on each side. Co ver grill and cook 4 to 6 minutes on each side, or until
thermometer reads 155-160 degrees F/66-71 degrees C. Allow to set 5 minutes before carving
in thin slices. Serve with Watkins Steak Sauce.
