Snickerdoodle Bars

1/2 Cup Butter
2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs, separated
1/4 teas. Salt
3 Cups Flour
2 teas. Watkins Baking Powder
1 Cup Milk
2 teas. Watkins Cinnamon
2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar

Cream butter and sugar; add egg YOLKS and salt. Mix well. Add flour, baking powder and milk; mix. Beat egg whites until they form soft peaks (do not use plastic bowl); fold in. Spread in shallow pan (jelly roll pan). Mix cinnamon and powdered sugar together and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
