Souper Potatoes

Spray 10" x 14" pan with Watkins Cooking Spray. In bottom of pan place 24 oz. frozen hash browns. Prepare each of the following soup bases according to package directions: 1 ½ cups Watkins Mushroom Soup, 1 ½ cups Watkins Onion Soup, 1 ½ cups Watkins Cheese Soup. Combine soups with 1 cup sour cream. Heat (do not boil) and pour over potatoes. Top with any buttered crumbs. (Ritz Crackers, Corn Flakes, potato chips, saltines, etc.) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins. or until potatoes are done and top is brown.
