
Salmon Pate
An inexpensive spread with expensive smoked salmon
appeal!
4 oz. Softened Light Cream Cheese
2 teas. Watkins
Onion Flakes
1 teas. Lemon Juice
1/2 - 1 teas. Horseradish
1/8 teas. Salt
1/2 teas. Liquid Smoke
7 1/2 oz. Canned Salmon (drain & remove skin and bones)
Watkins Omelet
& Soufflé Seasoning or Watkins Parsley
Mix first 7 ingredients together, roll in Watkins Omelet
& Soufflé Seasoning or Parsley and chill for at least 1/2 hour before
serving with assorted crackers or fresh baguette slices.
