Spiced Rice Pilaf

1 cup Watkins Brown & Wild Rice Blend
1 tbsp Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 small chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
4 Watkins Whole Cloves
2 cups prepared Watkins Chicken Soup Base
2 tsp Watkins Pure Ground Cinnamon

1 tsp Watkins Grapeseed Oil
1 tbsp blanched slivered almonds
1 tbsp raisins

Heat oil in large pan and saute' onion and garlic until tender - about 2 -3 mins. Add cloves and cook about 1 min. Add rice, salt, soub base and cinnamon. Bring to a boil then cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20-25 mins or until liquid is absorbed.

In a small pan heat 1 tsp grapeseed oil; add almonds and raisins. Mix with rice and serve.
