
Sweet & Sour Fruit Salad
2 Cups / 500 mL Chopped Apple
3 oz. / 90 g Pineapple Chunks in Juice
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. / 15 mL Honey
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Deli Salad Seasoning
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Onion Flakes
1/4 teas. / 1.2 mL Watkins Lemon Pepper
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce;
toss to mix. Cover and chill until ready to serve. To serve, place lettuce on individual
serving plates and mound fruit mixture on top. Makes 6 servings.
