Tapioca Dessert Mix Pudding recipe
1 teas. / 5 ml Watkins Vanilla Extract
1 Can (20 Oz. / 567 g) Cherry Pie Filling
4 teas. / 20 ml Low-Fat Granola
4 Large Glass Goblets or Dessert Dishes
Prepare Tapioca Pudding per package directions, using skim milk and adding 1 teas. / 5 ml instead of 1/2 teas. / 2.5 ml Vanilla; cool slightly, stirring occasionally. Reserve 4 of the cherries for top of parfaits. In goblets, place a small layer of cherry pie filling, half of pudding, remaining pie filling and pudding. Place one cherry on top of each. Refrigerate until serving time. Sprinkle tops with granola just prior to serving. Makes 4 servings.
