Turkey-Barley Stew

1 lb. / 454 g Turkey Tenderloin, cut into ˝ inch / 1 cm cubes
˝ Cup / 125 mL Chopped Onion
2 Cups / 500 mL Water
2/3 Cup / 160 mL Uncooked, Quick-Cooking Barley
1 ˝ Tbsp. / 25 mL Watkins Chicken Soup Base
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Italian Seasoning
1 Can (14.5 oz. / 411 g) Italian Stewed Tomatoes
1 Package (10 oz. / 283 g) Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Watkins Cooking Spray

Coat large non-stick kettle with Watkins Cooking Spray. Sauté turkey tenderloin and onion over medium heat until turkey is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until barley is tender. Makes 6 servings.
