Tex-Mex Dip

1 pound lean ground beef
3/4 to 1 tsp Watkins Salsa Seasoning Blend
2 cans tomato sauce
1/4 tsp Watkins Garlic Granules
1 can refried beans
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
2 tbsp Watkins Fiesta Seasoning
Chopped green pepper, tomatoes, and onions
2 tsp Watkins Chili Powder as desired
1 tsp Watkins Onion Flakes
Shredded lettuce and cheese
Corn or Tortilla chips

Brown beef, drain. Add tomato sauce, beans, and seasoning. Bring to boil; simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into pie plate. Top with sour cream, vegetables and cheese. Serve with chips.. Makes 12 servings.
