
Tropical Fruit Salad
If desired, use a fresh pineapple instead of canned and
use the hollowed-out shells as serving bowls.
1 Can (15 Oz. / 425g) Chunk Pineapple in Juice (drain
& reserve juice)
2 Tbsp. / 30 ml Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. / 25 ml Honey
1 teas. / 5 ml Watkins Lime Extract
1/2 teas. / 2.5 ml Watkins Ginger
1/8 teas. / 0.6 ml Freshly Ground Watkins Sea Salt, if desired
1 Can / 250 ml Fresh Papaya Cubes
2 Kiwi, peeled and dice
1 Banana, sliced
In large bowl, combine 1/4 Cup / 60 ml reserved pineapple
juice, grapeseed oil, honey, lime extract, ginger and salt; mix well. Add pineapple cubes,
oranges, papaya, kiwi and banana; toss gently. Chill until serving time. Drain before
serving. (Makes 6 servings)
