
Tiny Tomato Toppers
18 Cherry Tomatoes
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1 1/2 teas. Watkins
Chicken Soup Base
1/3 Cup Minced Cooked Chicken
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Walnuts
1 1/2 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Apples
1 1/2 teas. Lemon Juice
1/2 teas. Watkins
Meat Magic
2 teas. Cooking Sherry
1/4 teas. Salt
Wash cherry tomatoes and cut into halves. Scoop out pulp
(easy to do with melon ball scoop). Sprinkle tomato halves with salt. Beat cream cheese
until fluffy. Blend remaining ingredients in thoroughly. Spoon into tomato halves using
about 1/2 teas. for each. Chill in refrigerator before serving. Garnish tomato halves with
thin slices of stuffed olives. Makes about three dozen. Save the insides of tomatoes to
use for seasoning in other cooking projects.
