
Tuscan Style Capellini with Clams and
Garlic
14 oz. Canned Clams, rinsed
2 Tbsp. Watkins Garlic & Parsley Grapeseed Oil
1/2 lb. Capellini or Spaghetti Noodles
Salt and Watkins Black Pepper
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 Cup White Wine
2 teas. Watkins Parsley
Put noodles on to boil and while boiling, in a large
heavy saucepan, cook garlic in oil over medium-high heat for 1 minute; add wine and clams
and simmer briefly until clams are heated through. Drain pasta and pour clam mixture over
hot noodles and toss with parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Very quick and
delicious. Makes 4 servings.
