Vanilla Syrup (For Lattes, Sodas, Teas, etc.)

Mix a pinch of Cream of Tarter in 1 cup sugar (this helps syrup from crystallizing). Boil the sugar and Cream of Tartar mixture with 1/2 cup water until most of the foam is gone.

Remove from heat and add 1 teas. of your favorite Watkins Extract: Original Double Strength Vanilla, Vanilla Nut, Almond, Coconut, Orange, Chocolate, Butternut, etc.

Add 1 teaspoon syrup to your espresso and enjoy! One teaspoon each of vanilla and chocolate syrup to 1 shot of espresso and steamed milk is excellent. If you don't have an espresso maker, use strong brewed coffee, syrup and half and half which will work fine.
