
Warm Potato Salad
The sweet tang of balsamic vinegar provides delicious
flavor to this potato salad.
10 to 12 Unpeeled New Red Potatoes, quartered
2 Tbsp / 30 ml Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp. / 30 ml Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 Tbsp. / 15 ml Watkins Honey Mustard
1 Tbsp. / 15 ml Watkins Potato Salad Seasoning
1 teas. / 5 ml Sugar
1/4 Cup / 60 ml Chopped Green Onions
Freshly Ground, Watkins Sea Salt, to taste (in water)
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender; drain
and keep warm. Or place potatoes on a large piece of aluminum foil and sprinkle lightly
with salt. Seal well and grill until potatoes are tender. Combine vinegar, grapeseed oil,
potato salad seasoning and sugar; mix well. Place potatoes and green onions in serving
bowl. Add dressing and toss lightly to coat. (Makes 6 servings)
