Watkins Chili-Cheese Log

2 cups sharp process American Cheese
1 package (3 oz) cream cheese -- softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Watkins Garlic Granules
dash Watkins Cayenne pepper
1/4 cup pecans -- finely chopped
1 teaspoon Watkins Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Watkins Paprika

Let shredded cheese stand at room temperature to soften. Combine cheeses, lemon juice, Watkins Garlic Granules and Cayenne Pepper; beat until light & fluffyl. Stir in nuts; shape into roll about 1 1/2 inches across. Sprinkle with mixture of Watkins Chili Powder and Watkins Paprika. Chill for several hours. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
