3/4 cup skim milk
2 tsp. Watkins
Chicken Soup Base
1/2 tsp. Watkins Dry
Mustard
1/2 tsp. Watkins
Soup & Vegetable Seasoning
Dash Watkins Nutmeg
Dash Watkins Black
Pepper
3 cusp coarsely shredded cabbage
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. water
Heat milk, Watkins Chicken Soup Base, Watkins Dry Mustard, Watkins Soup & Vegetable
Seasoning, Watkins
Nutmeg & Watkins
Black Pepper to boiling in large saucepan. Add cabbage; boil 3 minutes, stirring
frequently. Blend cornstarch with vinegar and water; stir into cabbage. Boil 1 minute
more, stirring constantly
Makes 4 servings
