
Watkins Herb Roasted Potatoes with Garlic
& Rosemary
2 Lbs. Small Red Potatoes, unpeeled, cut into large
chunks
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup. Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil
1 teas. Watkins
Rosemary
Watkins Sea Salt
Watkins Granulated Black
Pepper
Preheat oven to 450* F. Boil potatoes in a Dutch oven for
1 minute, adding salt to the water if desired. Heat Watkins Original
Grapeseed Oil and lightly sauté garlic & Watkins Rosemary.
Pour oil & spices onto baking sheet then add drained potatoes, rolling to coat. Bake
for about 20 minutes, turn and bake about 10 more minutes until browned. Season with
freshly ground Watkins
Sea Salt and Watkins Granulated Black Pepper
