Watkins Honey Mustard Glazed Roast Lamb
All Watkins products used in prpparation of this recipe
are certified Kosher
1/2 cup Watkins Honey Mustard
1 tbsp. Watkins
Parsley
2 tsp. Watkins
Garlic Granules
1 tsp. Watkins Onion
Granules
1 tsp. Watkins Black
Pepper
1 tsp. Watkins
Cinnamon
1 small leg of lamb - about 4 lbs.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine first six
ingredients; rub all over lamb. Place meat on a rack in a roasting pan, fatty side up and
roast 1 1/2 hours or until meat thremometer registers 145 degrees F. Remove from oven;
cover with foil and let rest 15 minutes before carving.
Makes 8 servings
