
Watkins Lemon-Broiled Orange Roughy
2 orange roughy fillets - 4 oz each
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 1/2 tsp. Watkins
Mustard
1 tsp. Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil
1/4 tsp. Watkins
Lemon Pepper
Lemon slices and fresh parsley - optional
Place fillets on rack of broiler pan coated with Watkins
Cooking Spray. Combine lemon juice, Mustard, Grapeseed Oil and Lemon Pepper; brush mixture
over fillets. Broil fillets 5 inches from heat for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes
easily when tested with fork. Transfer to serving platter. Garnish with lemon slices and
fresh parsley. 4 servings
