Overnight French Toast

This recipe comes from Dan's sister who serves this to her family on Christmas morning.

1 loaf French bread - cut into thick slices
5 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. Watkins Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Watkins Vanilla - Double Strength

Combine eggs with milk, baking powder & vanilla. Pour over bread and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning combine
1 - 20 oz. bag frozen whole strawberries
4 sliced bananas
1 cup sugar
1 Tbs. Watkins Apple Pie Spice

Put in greased baking dish and top with prepared bread. Sprinkle with Cinnamon sugar. Bake at 450^o for 20-25 mins.
