Watkins Red Cheese Ball
1/2 Pound cheddar cheese -- shredded
1 package (3 oz) cream cheese -- softened
1 teaspoon Watkins
Meat Magic
1/4 cup pitted ripe olives -- coarsely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Watkins Steak Sauce
dash Watkins
Onion Granules
dash Watkins
Garlic Granules
dash Watkins
Celery Salt
1/4 teaspoon Watkins
Pepper
1/2 cup dried beef -- coarsely chopped
Usint an electric mixer, beat together the cheddar and cream cheese. Add the Watkins Meat Magic,
olives, Watkins
Steak Sauce, Watkins Onion, Garlic & Celery and Watkins Pepper;
continue beating until well blended.
Turn out on plastic wrap or waxed paper and use hands to round into a ball. Wrap it in
plastic wrap or waxed paper and refrigerate.
About 30 mins before serving, unwrap and reshape it if needed. Roll in dried beef until
completely coated.
