Watkins Scalloped Tomatoes
6 medium tomatoes or 1 can (1 lb 13 oz) drained
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. Watkins Onion
Flakes
1 tsp. Watkins
Chicken Soup Base
1/2 tsp. Watkins
Basil
1/4 tsp. Watkins
Lemon Pepper
1/4 tsp. Watkins
Onion Granules
3 slices whole wheat bread
2 tsp. Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil
Scald and peel tomatoes, if using fresh; cut into
quarters. Combine tomatoes with Watkins spices and Watkins Chicken Soup Base. Toast bread and cut into
cubes. Arrange 2/3 of bread cubes in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour tomatoe mixture over
bread. Toss remaining bread cubes with Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil;
sprinkle over top of tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is browned
