Watkins Shrimp Mold
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 1/4 cups water
2 tsp Watkins Chicken Soup Base
8 oounces chopped, cooked shrimp
1/2 cup lite mayonnaise
1/4 cup catsup
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 tsp. sliced ripe olives
1 tsp. Watkins
Parsley
1/4 tsp. Watkins
Garlic Flakes
1/4 tsp Watkins
Onion Granules
1/8 tsp Watkins
Black Pepper
1 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
Greens, as garnish
In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water and add
Chicken Soup Base. Heat, stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved. Chill until
slightly thickened. Combine with remain ingredients. Turn into lightly oiled 3 cup mold;
chill until set. Unmold onto greens. Serve as appetizer spread on party rye bread or
unsalted crackers.
