Watkins Spicy Grilled Shrimp

  1 1/2 pounds frozen deveined shrimp
  1 teaspoon Watkins Chili Powder
  1 tablespoon vinegar
  1/4 teaspoon Watkins Black Pepper
  1/8 teaspoon Watkins Garlic Flakes
  1 teaspoon salt
  1 teaspoon Watkins Basil
  1 tablespoon fresh mint
                        or
  1 teaspoon dried mint flakes
  3/4 cup Watkins Grapeseed Oil

In a bowl, blend together Watkins Chili Powder, vinegar, Watkins Black Pepper, Watkins Garlic Flakes, salt, Watkins Basil and mint. Stir in the oil and mix until well blended. Pour over the shrimp; cover dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. Thread shrimp on skewers and grill for 6 to 10 minutes, turning once and basting liberally with marinade. Or arrange unskewered shrimp on broiler rack and broil in the oven, turning once, basting well.
