
Watkins Vegetable Chili
2 cups potatoes, cubed
1 meduim zucchini, cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 package frozen green beans
1 Tbsp. Watkins
Chili Powder
1 tsp. Watkins
Cumin
1 28 oz can chopped tomatoes
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
Put all ingredients except zucchini in a dutch oven and
simmer for about 15 minutes. Add zucchini, cover and simmer about 6 minutes more.
Serves 4
