
Watkins Vegetarian Garden Vegetable
Spaghetti
1 pound spaghetti
2 Tbsp. Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil
2 carrots, sliced
1 onion, diced
2 zucchini, cut into small pieces
3 tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup garbanzo beans
1 tsp. Watkins Basil
1/2 tsp. Watkins
Granulated Black Pepper
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Watkins Sea Salt
to taste
Cook and drain spaghetti. In as 10 inch skillet, over
medium high heat add Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil. Sauté carrots, onion, zucchini and garlic, stirring
frequently until vegetables are tender. Stir in all other ingredients except cheese. Ladle
mixture over spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
