Watkins White Fudge
2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Watkins
Butter Flavor
1 teaspoon Watkins
Black Walnut Flavor
1/2 cup black walnuts -- chopped
Dissolve sugar in milk. Add salt. Cover and cook to boiling. Remove cover and continue to
boil to 240 degrees or until soft ball is formed in cold water. Remove from heat and allow
to cool until bottom of pan is warm to touch. Add Watkins Flavors and
beat until creamy. Add nuts. When stiff, pour into buttered pan.
Makes 36 pieces
