
Whidbey Spinach Salad - Watkinized
1 Large Bunch Fresh Spinach
3 Kiwi Fruit
1 Cup Fresh Pineapple, cut into 1 inch chunks
Poppyseed Dressing
Tear spinach into bite size pieces. Peel and slice kiwi
and add to spinach. Combine pineapple with greens. Just before serving, pour dressing over
salad to coat.
Poppyseed Dressing
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp. Watkins Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp. Watkins Poppyseeds
1 1/2 Tbsp. Watkins Onion Flakes
1/4 teas. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1/4 Cup Red Vinegar
In a small bowl combine all ingredients and whisk until
well blended. Dressing may be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Makes 4
servings
