
Waldorf Salad
1/3 Cup / 80 mL Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. / 15 mL Sugar
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Minced Green Onion
1/2 teas. / 2.5 mL Lemon Juice
Dash Salt
1 Cup / 250 mL Unpeeled, Chopped Yellow Delicious Apples
1 Cup / 250 mL Unpeeled, Chopped Red Delicious Apples
1 Cup / 250 mL Sliced Celery
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Raisins
Lettuce Leaves
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Chopped Walnuts
Combine first five ingredients in medium bowl; mix well.
Add apples, celery, and raisins; toss to coat. Cover and chill until serving time. Just
prior to serving, spoon onto lettuce-lined plates and sprinkle with walnuts. Makes 6
servings.
