Whole Wheat Sesame Flatbread

1 Package (7 oz. / 198 g) Watkins Whole Wheat Pizza Crust Mix
1 teas. / 5 ml Watkins Garlic Granules
1/2 Cup Water (110 degrees F / 45 C)
Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
Watkins Sesame Seeds, to taste
Watkins Black Pepper and Watkins Sea Salt to taste.

Combine first three ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.  Knead dough until smooth, 3 to 5 minutes.  Cover; let stand in a warm place for 15 minutes.  Place dough on pizza pan, pat into a 12 inch / 30 cm circle (or into a large square on cookie sheet).  Brush with Grapeseed Oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds, Black Pepper, and salt.  Bake at 450 degrees F / 235 C until golden brown and crispy.  While hot, cut into wedges or squares. Makes 8 servings.
