This is the beautiful Great Southern Hotel where we stayed in Killarney. The picture looks a bit dark because it was a cloudy day, but surprisingly it did not rain at all when we were in Killarney. Our room was off to the left in a new wing that extends down the side of the grounds that are behind the hotel. It was a beautiful room with two windows that actually opened. The temperature in Killarney is moderate all year long so they don't usually need air conditioning

The Great Southern Hotel had a room off the bar that had a piano.
We gathered there to talk, sing and laugh.

Jerry, who is playing the piano, thought it would be fun to get all the Managers up and have us do the Bird Dance. None of us really look like these pictures. LOL Jerry, if you see these pictures, NEXT trip it's YOUR turn. Hehehe

Then there was the "New York, New York" crew. The funny thing is that none of these folks are from New York! As you can tell, we had a lot of fun just clowning around and enjoying each other's company. That is part of what is so special about the Watkins trips.
