May 6th
My first task this morning was to create a web site for one of my new team
members. I haven't been blogging this task but I do it for everyone. The site looks like
this one except that it has their personal information on it. www.rising-stars.com/yourname I then had a
coaching call with a member of my group. I headed out of my office for a few hours to get
some fresh air. In the afternoon one of my local customers stopped by to pick up her
order. I placed a call to a new team member that a member of my group had sponsored. We
spent some time on the phone because we were both free and actually did his first call. We
then scheduled his coaching calls for the next 6 weeks. Tonight I'm working on updating my
Blog because I never did Aprils! It's done now and I'm caught up.
May 5th
This morning I had a coaching call then it was off to meet my upline for
lunch. We were doing a product exchange to took advantage of the opportunity to have lunch
together. This afternoon I had one coaching call, the tonight I called a new lady who is
interested in Watkins as a business. After that I had two more coaching calls before I
ended my day.
May 4th
Today was light too. Mostly follow-up emails and phone calls to people who
have expressed an interest in a Watkins business. Today I also decided to create a web
site for my daughter as a gift to her. As I started working on it I got excited about the
banner I made for the top of her site. I call it The Many Faces of Kristie. :) Her web
site is a work in progress and she's going to need to write some of the copy. I'm going to
visit her in TX for Mother's Day so we'll talk about it then. You can see her new site at
(Kristie's web site was taken down after she got married because it was replaced with one
she shares with her husband.) Tonight I attended a conference call offered by MLM
University.com
May 3rd
My morning today was light so I worked on emails and just general
"stuff". LOL This afternoon I had one coaching call then tonight I had another
two. As you can tell if you've been reading my blogs, a lot of what I do is weekly
coaching calls with my new team members and those who are reaching for Manager.
May 2nd
I don't often work on Sunday, but today I had a call with the husband of
one of my new team members. He is going to be the one who will be keeping the business
records so we decided I'd do a call just with him. We talked about keeping sales and
expense records so that it will be easy to do their taxes next year.
